Blog Photography
Adding photos to your blog can really enhance your content. Think of your local newspaper without photos - not as interesting…
Some bloggers have great content and try to keep it simple (like my co-worker Garrett) - But adding a photo, even if unnecessary can be a great finishing touch.
Two examples:
One:
David Seah’s post The Printable CEO, David adds a creative photo of the printout for the document he’s designed: When is something worth doing?
He has screen shots of the document, but adding this creative photo is a great touch.
Two:
Chris Glass (a site found through a CSS gallery, though the site uses tables…) is a really great site (and check out his photo page)!
His journal makes extensive use of great photos and illustrations for most of his posts.
Chris is also very consistent with the size (and for the most part style) of his photos. Without the photos… you get the picture (and the pun).
